The HIRO platform is delivered as Software as a Service (SaaS) that is hosted by arago and integrates with systems in the customers environment through an API layer.\nThere are two integration components of the HIRO system:

    ActionHandlers

A Connector is software running the integration between HIRO and source system providing automatable tasks to HIRO.\nAn Action Handler is software running the integration that HIRO uses to invoke actions on target system.
